999myr believes the best entertainment starts with healthy playing habits. We provide control tools, practical guides and ongoing support so you always play within limits that feel comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsible gaming means playing for entertainment, not to solve financial problems or escape everyday stress. At 999myr, we take this seriously because we want every player who logs in to our platform to genuinely enjoy the experience — not feel pressured or burdened.
The reality is that online gaming is a form of entertainment, much like going to the cinema or dining at a fine restaurant. It should be done with a budget you have already set aside purely for entertainment — not rent money, bills or essential expenses. When you play with money you can comfortably afford to lose, that is when gaming is truly enjoyable.
999myr built this platform not only to deliver entertainment, but also to ensure players have access to tools that help them stay in control. We offer a range of control features that can be activated directly from your account panel — no need to contact anyone or wait for approval.
Remember: Wins are not guaranteed. Every game is built with an inherent house edge. Play for the enjoyment, not because you are depending on wins to support your livelihood.
The 999myr platform uses a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure that every slot spin, card hand, or dice roll is truly random and fair. This means no strategy or system can guarantee consistent wins — which is why it is important to measure your play by enjoyment, not by winnings.
We provide several control tools that you can use directly from your account panel. All tools are free, easy to activate and take effect immediately or within a set timeframe.
Set a maximum deposit amount for a daily, weekly, or monthly period. This limit cannot be increased instantly — there is a waiting period in place to protect you.
Limit how long you can play in a single session. The system will remind you when time is almost up and automatically log you out once the limit is reached.
Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or any custom period of your choice. During this time, you will not be able to log in or make any deposits.
Long-term self-exclusion options (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) for those who feel they need a longer break from the platform.
Set a maximum loss amount you can tolerate within a given period. The system will automatically end your session once this limit is reached.
Enable notifications that will remind you of your playing duration, amount spent and limits approaching throughout your session.
Below are the deposit and session limits you can set through your 999myr account panel. All limits can be lowered instantly, but increasing a limit requires a waiting period to ensure your decision is made with care.
| Limit Type | Duration | Enforced | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily Deposit Limit | 24-hour rolling | Immediately | Active |
| Weekly Deposit Limit | 7-day rolling | Immediately | Active |
| Monthly Deposit Limit | 30-day rolling | Immediately | Active |
| Playing Session Limit | Per login session | Immediately | Active |
| Daily Loss Limit | 24-hour rolling | Immediately | Active |
| Account Suspension | 24h / 7d / 30d / Custom | Immediately | Active |
| Self-Exclusion | 6 Months / 1 Year / Permanent | Immediately | Active |
Important: Increasing your deposit limit or lifting an account suspension requires a 48 to 72 hour waiting period. This is a deliberately designed safeguard to give you time to reconsider before the change takes effect.
Many players do not realise they are losing control until the problem has become serious. Identifying early warning signs is the most important step in looking after yourself. Reflect honestly on the following questions:
If you answer "Yes" to two or more of the following questions, we encourage you to reach out to our support team.
If you recognise yourself in any of the signs above, this is not something you need to face alone. Reach out to the 999myr support team via live chat or email, and we will help you activate the right control tools or refer you to relevant professional support resources.
Responsible gaming is not just about limiting yourself — it is about building habits that make every session more enjoyable and stress-free. Here are practical steps you can start practising today:
Decide how much you are comfortable spending before opening the platform. Think of it like a cinema ticket — the money is spent once the entertainment is over, and that is a normal, acceptable outcome.
Decide how long you will play before the session begins. Use 999myr's session limit tool so the system enforces the limit for you — rather than relying on willpower alone.
Emotions influence decisions. Playing while angry, sad, stressed or under the influence of alcohol can lead you to make riskier wagering decisions than you normally would.
Losses are a natural part of any game. Never chase your losses — it is one of the most dangerous habits and can lead to serious problems.
Make sure gaming is only a small part of your leisure activities. Spend time with family, exercise, read, or pursue other hobbies so that your perspective on gaming stays healthy.
